Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of products or do product exchanges.

If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong Aurum+ order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately by emailing and we will send you a replacement.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your Aurum+ order, please share a photo of your received products along with your order details. These inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
